Jolly Patel
Physical Therapist, DPT
Hi guys! I'm Jolly. I love helping my patients function to their optimal. I have over 10 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. I love what I do — that's why I do it well! Patel Physical Therapy was founded in 2020. We are a private practice here to help patients along their wellness journey to getting back to life.
I'm a Sports and Orthopedic Physical Therapist. My focus has been working with patients with orthopedic-related injuries throughout the lifespan — from rehabilitation of young dancers and athletes, to postpartum mothers, to the geriatric post-surgical population. I've always been very conscientious about posture and ergonomics, and I love teaching patients proper posture and movement to function optimally.
I'm a native Texan who attended the University of Houston for undergraduate work in Kinesiology and Dance. I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University in California, and practiced in Southern California for over a decade. Now I practice in the greater Houston, Texas area.

Physical Therapist Assistant
Sarah Furlow is a Physical Therapist Assistant who completed her PTA program at San Jacinto College in 1999. She is experienced in outpatient, in-patient, and nursing home environments. Her upbeat approach to treatment makes her patients look forward to attending physical therapy, and her clinical interests include orthopedic injuries and post-operative orthopedic patients.
She enjoys mentoring and teaching as a clinical instructor for San Jacinto College and Houston Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program. Sarah believes in offering guidance and positive reinforcement with each patient, to ensure the best possible outcomes for their recovery.
